We've travelled all through Australia and our one big revelation we had was how much we centred our itineraries around food. Whether we were visiting the local farmer's market or the latest hot eatery on the block, there was nothing as thrilling to us than discovering the food that region had to offer.
But it's not just about the food, it's also all about the artisan producers behind it all. The food they produce is their life and from that passion comes the best gourmet food that Australia has to offer.
Thus, Chilli & Vanilla was born. We wanted to herald the artisan producers that make Australia's food regions what they are.
Join us as we highlight artisanal food from a different food region in Australia each month. From the tip of the Steep Point in Western Australia, Cape Byron in New South Wales, South East Cape in Tasmania and Cape York in Queensland, we've got you covered.
